Kitchen Extension

If you are looking for a Kitchen Extension then here at Extension Drawings Ltd, we offer fixed price services from £350, including survey, design and planning.

Whether its a small or large rear extension or even a side extension, we can visit your home, carry out the survey and work with you to design your perfect new kitchen extension. 

We can design tiled or flat roof extensions, with features such as bi-fold doors, roof lights or lanterns.

Whether its an open plan kitchen and dining area, or a kitchen with an island, we can design your new space around your needs. Many people also like to add a downstairs WC and utility room to complete the downstairs layout. 

If it doesn't require planning permission then we can offer our lowest prices, but if you do require planning permission then we only add £100 to our fee. Council Application Fee not included.
