With all our prices clearly displayed for each service and starting from just £350 + VAT, we are sure to offer great value for your bespoke extension design.
We also offer a range of other services such as Outbuildings or Annexes.
Included in the price is a survey and design meeting at your home, unlimited design changes to your extension (see T&Cs) and free submission of your planning application (application fee not included).
If you do not require planning permission, then we can still offer the same great service, but instead submit a Certificate to the Council to prove it doesn't require planning permission (Lawful Development Certificate).

We will visit your home, take laser accurate measurements and create your drawings on CAD.

We include unlimited changes to all our projects to ensure your extension design is perfect for your needs (see T&C's)
